  Over here for my 30th birthday. Hotel offered complementary champagne waiting for me in the room. Very good service and friendly staff. Looking out to the beach/sea which is beautiful. Only real issue is my girlfriend and i seem to be a minority in reagrds to young people and there are a lot of senior people here but this could be the time of year (January). Regardless though, the hotel is beautiful.

  This hotel is fabulous. The food is wonderful. I have problems swallowing they blended all my food for me we were so impressed with everything that we've booked again for December. Just loved it. The staff are great and nothing is too much trouble for them. Karina the PR lady contacted me to ask about my well being and to see if everything was to my satisfaction. I can't fault anything at all about this hotel and l can't wait to return. Just loved every minute of my Holiday.

  Beautiful hotel situated by the beach... close to other restaurants and shops too. Hotel has a lovely scent all around the corridors and public areas. Unfortunately the food has only been ok. Breakfast was great but for dinner the labelling for what each dish is isn't fully clear so felt a little lost with not a lot of options. However what we did have was great.

  Plenty of sun loungers to go around. Great location for the beach, town and marina.

  Location is excellent, as are the staff, no complaints about the service in the dining room, reception or housekeeping. Food range and choice is hard to beat, however the hot choices at dinner looked uninspiring at times. You eat with the help of your eyes , and it was difficult to choose what looked the least worst at times. We had a suite overlooking the harbour,and were lucky to get the afternoon sunshine on 3 days which warmed the room nicely. This highlights the main problem with the hotel, the reason we will not return until it is corrected . When we visited the hotel last year, despite good weather for January ,the room we had was freezing and had no heating. This year, when the weather changed to cooler wetter days, our suite again became very cold. There is no heating in the hotel, even the corridors and public areas are really cold. This is an all year round hotel , with a lot of older clients who feel the cold. A hotel of this status really should put this right.

  Overall we found the hotel clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Meal times (breakfast and dinner) were a little chaotic food was a little random and signs saying what the food was was a little hit & miss. However on saying that you will never starve.

  Group of us stayed here for 11 nights (6 adults 3 children)
